What will be different from the ANNA SCHU experience temporarily when we reopen?
A few things will have changed as we settle in to the new normal.
Our calm atmosphere will still be maintained, nice relaxing music and great treatments. The whole premises is safe, sanitary, protected.
Magazines to read
Beverages to drink
Testers of products in the retail area..
Freedom to browse if others are present in shop.
Why? Because of Cross Contamination we need clients to be touching communal items less, or not at all. That’s why we don’t want clients to be bringing in extra personal belongings unless completely necessary, same goes for touching your own phone during a hand or nail treatment, its better to put it completely away to protect the staff.
Short treatments./ bookings of under 30 mins.
To maintain social distancing we will not be able to facilitate all of our work stations at once.. We are lucky with our salon there is a lot of open space, so we have moved things around a bit, but instead of using 12 nail stations we will only be able to use 5 until the 2 metre restriction is lifted.
Same with pedicures instead of using our 5 stations, we will only use 3.
It won’t be possible to take shorter appointments but multiple short bookings with one person are possible and can be booked by email or phone.
We have changed some of our treatments timings to give enough time to facilitate the flow, and a few treatments prices have been increased slightly. Not all services can be booked online, if you cant find your treatment online, email us or call us, we will be able to add it to your booking for you.
As therapists we would always have had time for cleaning between clients, and now we have additional guidelines around cleaning common areas after clients to prevent cross contamination.
